The Board Meeting Minutes also included an addendum: The June 5 1995 Board Meeting Minutes that documented the results of the HOA Ballot regarding sales of the HOA's common areas to adjacent homeowners. The ballot measure was approved. Thereafter, adjacent homeowners could propose to gain ownership of those areas, including paying the necessary fees for the deed transfer.
